There is little difference between tap water and bottled water. They contain pure water and oxygen: That is it. An oxygen-rich environment starves harmful pathogens, ultimately killing them. What is more, oxygen has a horde of notable health benefits that tap water does not.
Compared with ordinary tap water and most bottled water, oxygenated water is much richer in oxygen, containing significantly higher levels of it. Companies use a multistage process to make it, first filtering out impurities to purify the water, and then charging it with active oxygen.
